Things are a little different right now, but we are still taking your online orders.
The health and wellbeing of our community is our main priority and we are taking every possible measure to keep everyone safe during these uncertain times while remaining operational.
We are aiming to process orders as usual but delivery times might get delayed.
We dispatch all our orders with First Class Royal Mail and while we are working on finding the best solution for our delivery times, we can make arrangements for special deliveries using courier services.
We have extended our return policy to 60 days for full refund.

Once we have received your order, we will contact you to enquire if you would like us to hand-write a personal message on one of our gift tags.
We place each jewellery item in a clear, sealable bag and into our bespoke jewellery pouches. The pouch is placed into our luxury mini shopping bags.
